How many photos may I submit to a monthly judging:
Each member may submit up to three (3) images each month for our monthly judging. They may be color or black and white, or a combination.

What information should I put on the back of each image, and where should it go?
Each submission should have your name on the back, on the upper left. The title of the image should be on the back on the upper right.

What size can the images be?
If you want your images to be eligible for the year end competition, then they may not exceed 16x20". If you don't care if an image is eligible for year ends and merely want feedback from a judge, then you may submit any size that will fit on our easle.

Can I use any mat color I want, or must I stick with black or white?
You may use any mat color you wish.

If a photo is rejected by a judge, may I submit it again?
Yes. You may submit your images as many as 3 times.

If my photo is accepted by a judge, do I need to supply my own name card to be displayed below the photo?
No. The club will supply name cards for each member.

How long do photos hang on the walls?
Generally they are displayed for one month.

Is there a limit to the subject matter?
No. We accept all types of images - landscapes, portraits, architecture, etc.

What do I need to do to have my photos hang in the front room?
You need to sign up. That's all. Members are assigned the front wall space when there is a month which is available.

If I sign up to bring snacks, does the club reimburse me for my expenses?
No. Members who bring snacks do so as a contribution to the club.
