Join us as we join forces with Night Photography Lovers on their Blue Hour at Bay View Park shoot.
In the words of Randy Miller:
This park is not too big, but it is a great park to come and sit on the benches or hangout on the beautiful tree and watch the sail boats go by. I have only been here twice and I know I will be back again. Also it is a fun place to come and take pictures with downtown San Diego in the background.
Park on First ave or I Street
The park is on right after the stop sign and there is a park view sign there.
The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm, but we’ll open the building at 6 pm for setup and social hour.
Join us for our Monthly Critique Night!
Judges vary monthly.
Members bring prints for critique on the third Wednesday of each month. Prints accepted by the Judge will hang for up to 2 months in the Photographic Arts Building gallery.
Visitors are welcome, however, submitting images for critique is available for members only. If you’d like more information about joining Darkroomers, please check out our membership page and email us if you have any questions.

On September 26, 2015, the Global Photo Walk is back!
This is your chance to get out, meet fellow photographers in your community who share your passion, learn from each other, make new friends, and of course – capture some inspiring images.
The theme of this year’s walk is “Explore With Friends.” Grab your friends and show us what makes your city special! Shine a light on your hometown’s hidden gems, your favorite photo spots, and everyday life in your community.
No need to be a pro to attend! Grab whatever camera you have (DSLR, mobile phone, point-and-shoot) and join in the fun!
