Join us for our First Wednesday Monthly Meeting. First Wednesday Meetings are lectures, talks, discussions, or presentations. This meeting will be held in person at the Photographic Arts Building in Balboa Park (next to Spanish Village).

The Darkroomers 2021 Year End Competition will be held virtually. Winners will be announced during the Year End Banquet (date TBD).  

The meeting will start promptly at 7 pm, but we’ll open the building at 6 pm for setup and social hour. Join us for our Monthly Critique Night! Our January judge will be Aaron Serafino. On the third Wednesday of each month, members bring in prints for critique. Prints accepted by the Judge will hang for up to 2 months in the Photographic Arts Building gallery. It’s that time. Time to dust off the tuxedo and polish your shoes for the annual Darkroomers Banquet and Year End Awards Ceremony. We recognize those who have won awards, achieved greatness, contributed immensely, and dedicated themselves to the club and teaching others the art of photography. We also eat dessert and give away thousands of dollars in door prizes!
